They say that profile images of yourself humanizes you to your audience. No dog pics, no cat pics, no kid pics, no artsy photos, no caricatures, nada. Just you. Well, here I am.

I am a full-time and freelance web designer and developer that loves making websites, doing freelance photography, and designing and developing custom WordPress themes. I work in the Office of Communications and Marketing at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I did my undergrad at Southern Illinois University and I went to grad school at University of Wisconsin-Madison. I’m happily married, we live in Knxville, Tennessee and we have a 4 yr old black lab & golden retriever mix dog and a 6yr old Persian cat (I swear he’s actually Ragdoll).

I love cooking new recipes, finding new ways to make exercise not boring, knitting scarves, listening to audiobooks in the car, taking power naps, waking up early, Bloody Marys and Irish Car Bombs, hiking, biking to work, TV show marathons on Hulu+ and Netflix, any movie trilogy marathon, and learning new things (currently up, oil painting and Spanish. Well, I already know Spanish but I’m taking classes).

I despise non-organic milk, milk that comes in yellow cartons, wooden cutting boards, WordPress plugins, and people who drive slower than 25mph in areas clearly marked 30mph.
